Grant is a U.S. Army Engineer Veteran who is licensed and registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Florida, as well as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering (with a Structural emphasis) from the United States Military Academy at West Point in New York. Additionally, LEED Green Associate Credential from the U.S. Green Building Council. He has the knowledge and understanding of green building practices and principles needed to support sustainable, clean projects and enjoys incorporating this into his designs.

At Level Engineering and Architecture, it is one of our core principles to contribute efforts to reduce the environmental impacts of the built world locally, nationally and globally. Mr. Clifton Palmer is located in Salt Lake City and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with over ten years of experience.

Clifton’s experience includes a diverse range of projects from small residential additions to custom residences, telecommunication structures, industrial loading platforms and failure analysis.

He is knowledgeable in the areas of timber, steel, concrete, masonry and FRP design.
